Weekly Message 7/29/2014

Sorry for the lack of weekly updates. My fault for letting things get in the way ~Greg

Dear Members and Friends of St. Luke’s:

The summer is going by quickly, only 55 days left.

Projects accomplished have been the curtain for the stage in the great hall and the entrance hallways have been painted.

The children’s free lunch continues, as well as the food pantry.

Sunday attendance has been very good with new visitors coming for the first time.  This Friday Deacon Vonnie and I will be officiating at the funeral of Earl Teachey at St. Andrew’s.  Next Sunday we will reflect on the feeding of 5,000 (Matthew 14: 13-21).

Assisting on Sunday are:

  • 8:00 a.m.
    • Usher: Pam Cromey
  • 10:00 a.m.
    • Ushers: René Barron & Jim Booth
    • Acolyte: Jonathan Costa
    • Lector: Carolyn Quoma
    • Chalice: Rachel Ray
